Chocolate Mousse, sort of

On Monday evening I tried this recipe. David isn't wild about the main ingredient and I honestly wasn't sure how this would work out, but it's actually tasty. Especially with strawberries! I wish it wasn't quite so thick and heavy, but it is definitely rich.

Next time, I'd like to try layering it with ice cream to see if that cuts the sweetness and helps make it a little less stiff.
